Refund policy

You can return products and get a refund. Please note postage will not be refunded unless we have sent you a wrong item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and are nonrefundable.If any duties and taxes occur upon return, they will be deducted from the refund.

MAYOL JEWELRY is very discrete with your registration details. All your personal details will be kept in our own administration and will never be given to third parties, unless you give us permission to do so. If you have ordered items, your shipping address will be given to the distributor.
They have to know where you live of course.
