Each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. Please allow approximately 5 business days for product to be made before shipment. Please note all pieces are hand made and shipped from Greece.

MAYOL is a Greek based company.Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country’s government website for more information.
If the package is declined the import and re-shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

You can return products and get a refund. Please note postage will not be refunded unless we have sent you a wrong item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and are nonrefundable.If any duties and taxes occur upon return, they will be deducted from the refund.
